Pursuant to an arrangement with Vista Care, Greenspace Mental Health (the “Company”) has made available a platform that facilitates the measurement of patient progress and outcomes and displays such information to patients and their health care provider(s). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out the manner in which the Company collects, uses, discloses and otherwise manages personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to the privacy practices at grow.portal.gs (“Website”) and offline collection points. Please see the Patient Privacy Policy for details regarding the Company’s personal information practices for registered patient users of the platform.
